Abstract Parish of Sackville, Westmorland County, Yeoman. Will dated 25 March 1799, proved 2 August 1799. Wife all personal estate and use of real estate to bring up my children. At her death the property to be divided among my eleven children. My eight sons two lots of land. Sons James and Josiah now occupy part of said lots and no division may deprive them of their improvements. My eight sons Lots 57 and 63 and all the wilderness land. Wife Lydia HICKS and son Samuel HICKS executors. Witnesses: Charles DIXON, Benjamin WILSON, Joseph THOMPSON. Inventory, dated 10 February 1800, valued at £832 by Christopher HARPER, Robert ATKINSON and William LAWRENCE.
