Abstract Parish of Kingston, Kings County, Farmer. Will dated 24 September 1827, proved 12 July 1828. Wife Mary HOLDER shall hold possession of all my property both real and personal as long as she remains my widow. Son Samuel one pound. Son John £5. Son Jacob £10. Daughter Mary a cow, bed and bedding and £5. In consideration of my son Robert living at home and taking care of me and his mother, 100 acres of land on the lower side of my Lot 2. Son George £10. After wife's death, the property "to be Equally divided between my Children whose Names follow Rachal [More], Martha [Sleep], Jacob, Robert, Mary and George and my Grand Daughter Sarah Frances to have made good what her Mother left at her death." Wife Mary, sons Samuel and Robert HOLDER executors. Witnesses: Joseph SHARP Senr., William HENDERSON, Thomas DARAGH. Inventory, dated 10 July 1828, valued at £485 by Daniel PEATMAN and Benjamin B. CRAWFORD.
