Abstract Parish of Hampstead, Queens County. Holographic will dated 19 June 1831, proved 25 April 1834. All property, stock and household furniture to remain in the possession of "my Well Beloved [partner] Jane HOWE" during her life. At her death two-thirds of the land to my son Robert HOWE, the remaining third to be at the disposal of my wife Jane. Daughter Mary a cow and two sheep at her marriage. Son Robert, at his mother's death, one quarter of the stock. Daughter Jane a cow. Remaining three-quarters of the stock and furniture and one third of the land to be at wife's disposal "as she chooses to the Younger Branches of the Family." Robert HOWE and Jane HOWE executors. Witnesses: James GRAHAM, Richard GRAHAM. Inventory, dated 23 April 1834, valued at £119 by James GRAHAM and James MAHOOD.
