Daughter Trynche JACOBUS two-thirds of Lot 1 where I live, the other third to my wife Rachel JACOBUS while she remains my widow. At wife's decease that third to daughter Trynche. Livestock to be sold and proceeds divided in same proportions between wife and daughter. Household furniture, what was mine before I married my last wife I give to my daughter Trynche. Wife Rachel JACOBUS and friend Thomas CLARKE executors. Witnesses: Henry DUSENBERRY, Henry DAY, Benjamin APPELBEE(sic).
