My three sisters to have my sheep divided among them. Land at [Nerepis] River to be divided among my brothers and the Doctor's bill to be paid. My father to settle the remainder of the estate. Witnesses: John LYON, William Henry LYON, Adino PADDOCK. Administration granted 4 July 1821 to John LYON. Inventory, dated 22 November 1821, listed a colt, £15; 12 sheep, £6; and 400 acres of land, £104.
