Son William DONALDSON all my goods and chattels and my part or proportion of the lands messuages and tenements situated lying and being in King Street . . . . . left to me and my sisters by our Mother Ann MALLARD deceased, on condition that he not make disposition of the property without consent of two of his Aunts or either of the following to wit, Jane CORBETT, Ann CLEVELAND, Margaret BONSALL or Isabella PURDIE. If he should die before he is of age, the property to devolve to my four Sisters and these HEIRS in four equal Shares, to wit Jane CORBETT, Ann CLEVELAND, Margaret BONSALL and Isabella PURDIE. Thomas PURDIE and George BONSALL executors. Witnesses: John KNUTTON, Richard BONSALL, Elisabeth [BUCHAND].
