Joseph GODIN and Charles Roy BONIFACE, Kingsclear, in consideration of £25, paid by our father-in-law John MARTIN Senior, renounce dower rights, etc. Signed by Joseph GODIN, Mary GODIN, Charles Roy BONIFACE, Elanor BONIFACE. The executor, John Baptist MARTIN, deceased before 10 November 1807, and administration granted to his widow, Marie Ann MARTIN, with fellow bondsmen Francois CIRE, Firman TIBODEAU and Icarie AILLEOTTE, all of York County.
