Abstract Parish of Portland, St. John County, Grocer. Intestate. Administration granted 31 August 1830 to James McCULLOUGH. Fellow bondsmen Joseph McPHERSON and William HUNTER, all of the City of Saint John. Petition of James McCULLOUGH stated the deceased left a widow, a son and a daughter who is wife of petitioner, and the widow and son have refused to administer the estate.
