Son John my half of Lot 97 and half of Lot 98 and Lot 91 where son James now lives, and all monies due me. Son James half of Lot 98 and my Island right. Sons John and James all household furniture. Son John McKEEN sole executor. Witnesses: William HUBBARD, Isabella E. ALLAN, B. W. HUBBARD.
