Abstract Township of Waterborough, Queens County, Farmer. Will dated 13 February 1801, proved 23 June 1801. Wife Catherine Lots 28, 29 and 33 on southeast side of Grand Lake with all personal estate while widow. At her death or marriage the land to be divided between John McLEAN and George McLEAN. Eldest daughter Cathereen two pounds. Youngest daughter Mary a heifer, two sheep and the increase thereof. Personal estate to John and George McLEAN at wife's decease. No executors appointed. Witnesses: Alexander ALGEE, Edward GARDNER, William ELLSWORTH. Administration granted 23 June 1801 to the widow Catharine McLEAN. Fellow bondsmen Edward GARDNER and Alexander ALGEE, all of the Parish of Waterborough. Inventory, dated 20 June 1801, valued entire estate at £102 by Abraham YOUNG and Benjamin ELSWORTH.
