Wife sole executrix (wife unnamed in court records). Witnesses: Gervais SAY, Samuel MYRES, John RUSSELL. City of Saint John, St. John County, Mariner. Apparently intestate. Administration granted 11 November 1816 to Alexander McLACHLAN, mariner, and Margaret McLACHLAN. Fellow bondsmen Charles McPHERSON and Robert ROBERTSON, merchants, all of the City of Saint John.
