Registered at Saint John 31 July 1816, Record Book B, pages 289-291. Wife Martha entire estate for life. At her decease entire estate to George CROOKSHANK Esquire of York. George CROOKSHANK sole executor. Witnesses: J MACDONELL, of York, Edward HARTNEY, of York, Orin HALE. City of Saint John, St. John County, Widow. Apparently died intestate. Administration granted 11 November 1816 to Alexander McLACHLAN, mariner, and Margaret McLACHLAN. Fellow bondsmen Charles McPHERSON and Robert ROBERTSON, merchants, all of the City of Saint John.
