Abstract Sussex Vale, Kings County. Will dated 12 February 1833, proved 8 May 1833. Wife Elizabeth Francis McMONAGLE four cows, ten sheep, two beds, bedding and their contents, together with all the household furniture. Daughter Anna Scott McMONAGLE and my brothers William and Hugh McMONAGLE land in the rear of the McGeorge lot being 100 acres of wilderness land. Brothers William and Hugh McMONAGLE my right and title in the Dugan lot conveyed to me by will, lying in the rear of land owned by John DOBSON and bordered by land owned by Matthew SMITH. Daughter Anna Scott all my real and personal estate when she comes of age. Sister Sarah Ann McMONAGLE £25. Brother William McMONAGLE, William WALLACE and my wife Elizabeth Francis McMONAGLE executors. Witnesses: William FOSHAY, John McMONAGLE, Ann McMONAGLE. Inventory, dated 5 October 1833, valued at £923 by Daniel SHECK, James [McCALL], John [MARVEN].
