Abstract Parish of Kingston, Kings County. Will dated 1 February 1816, proved 20 July 1818. Daughter Eleanor SCRIBNER a note due from Jarvis WORDEN in the amount of £100 dated 7 July 1815 and due 1 May 1818. Daughter Prudence SCRIBNER a note from Jarvis WORDEN due 1 May 1819. Son William MORRELL £25 and a note from Jarvis WORDEN for £100 due 1 May 1820, neither to be delivered until a note from William MORRELL to Mayes CASE for which I hold his security is cancelled and paid. Daughter Rachel FOSDICK, if she be living, a note of £50 from Jarvis WORDEN due 1 May 1817. To George HEWSTED, son of my late daughter Charlotte, if he be living, 50 dollars at age 21. Son John MORRELL Junior land where he now lives, being part of Lots 2 and 3 in Tennant's Cove and residue of personal estate. Son John MORRELL and son-in-law Ebenezer SCRIBNER executors. Witnesses: John SCRIBNER, James McKEEL, Ninyon CHALONER.
