Abstract Parish of Hampton, Kings County. Will dated 30 January 1834, proved 4 March 1834. Son John the farm where I live, bounded on the west by Lot 12 originally granted to Robert NAPIER, on the south by Lots 1, 2 and 4 granted to Charles McPHERSON, John COOK, John STOBE and Francis PEMART, on the east by Lot 7 granted to George HANDSIDE (HANDASYDE) and James HESLOP. Daughters Catharine, Mary and Eliza to have possession while unmarried and personal estate to them. Daughter Jemima SCOVIL (as "Jemima DEMILL" in Record Book C, page 53) of Woodstock £50. Daughters Catharine, Mary and Eliza each £50 in the event of their marriage. Robert Strahan MATTHEW and son John MORRELL executors. Witnesses: William W. WALKER, Ebenezer SMITH, Monmouth FOWLER. Inventory, dated 6 March 1834, valued at £1,347 by William KETCHUM and James KETCHUM.
