Abstract Parish of Maugerville, Sunbury County, Yeoman. Will dated 8 June 1827, proved 7 January 1828. Wife Isabel use of estate for life. At wife's decease, estate to be divided among sons Alexander, George, Samuel and John and daughters Ann MILES, Eliza MILES, Maria BOON and grand-daughters Sally HAZEN and Isabel PERLEY, the children of late daughter Hannah PERLEY. Of son John's share, £50 to Daniel, his natural son, and from daughter Maria BOON's share, £50 to Thomas, her illegitimate son. Wife Isabel, sons Alexander and Samuel NEVERS joint executors. Witnesses: David BURPE, George HAYWARD, Patrick PRENDERGAS. Inventory, dated 8 January 1828, valued at £7,342 by T. V. W. CLOWES, Z. B. BROWN and John HAYWARD.
