Abstract Parish of Hopewell, Westmorland County. Will dated 8 September 1825, proved 8 November 1825. Wife Ann PECK use of one third of real estate for life and the use of my household furniture and I expect her to divide it at her discretion among her daughters. Eldest son Joseph PECK 5 shillings as I have conveyed to him his full share by Deed bearing equal date with this my last will and Testament. My two other sons Thomas PECK and William PECK remaining two-thirds of my real estate. Daughter Harriet BISHOP 20 shillings. Daughter Ann one cow and 20 shillings. Daughter Margaret BISHOP 20 shillings. Daughter Mary one cow and 20 shillings when she comes of age. The Saw Mill now on the premises to my three sons so long as the Frame may stand. The old Gristmill now on the stream to my three sons. Son Joseph PECK and nephew William COLHOON executors. Witnesses: John BREWSTER, Mary Ann HART, Eben CUTLER. Nicholas PEARSONS, Thomas BREWSTER and Ezra STILES directed to appraise the estate.
