Abstract Parish of Kingston, Kings County, Innholder. Will dated 20 November 1830, proved 29 January 1833. Son Charles N. PERKINS southerly part of Lot 2 purchased from the late John LYON, half the value of the buildings to be paid to my youngest son Robert at age 21. Son Charles half the Scribner lot and half the intervale purchased from Nathaniel and Samuel GORUM, £25 to be paid to my daughter Isabella when my sons Charles and Robert come of age. Son Robert the north part of Lot 2, half the Scribner lot and half the intervale. Daughter Isabella PERKINS two good feather beds and bedding. Residue of estate to sons Charles and Robert. Sons Ambrose S. PERKINS and Charles N. PERKINS executors. Witnesses: Elias SCOVIL, Amos M. PERKINS, Ninyon CHALONER. Inventory, dated 30 January 1833, valued at £920 by the executors. Buildings appraised at £500 by Elias SCOVIL, David PICKETT and Samuel HOYT.
