Wife Maria use of estate while widow or until son Thomas Horsfield is age 21 (Excepting the reserve made in the Will of my late Father in behalf of my Sister Jane who is also to be supported from the income of the real Estate) (Reserving also such a portion . . . for the support of my daughter Sally, in case she should not think proper to remain with her mother, and the same provision for my daughter Isabella.) Furniture that belonged to my late wife to daughter Sally and daughter Isabella. When son Thomas Horsfield is age 21 all real estate to be divided among my several children. Wife Maria PERLEY, Thomas O. MILES and George HAYWARD Junr. executors. Witnesses: Jonathan HARDING, George BENNISON, Benjamin COVERT.
