Abstract Parish of Maugerville, Sunbury County, Gentleman. Will dated 14 May 1815, proved 8 July 1815. Wife Rhoda all estate during her life and at her decease to be divided among her children. My oldest son Francis a yoke of oxen provided he stay with his mother until he is age 21. Wife Rhoda PERLEY and Amos PERLEY executors. Witnesses: Jonathan HARDING, Gilford FLEWELLING, Jairus COWPERTHWAITE. CODICIL dated 14 April 1815. (Date error. Codicil was made on the same day as the Will.) Gives wife all money and livestock, save that already given to son Francis. Witnesses: Jonathan HARDING, Gilford FLEWELLING, Jairus COWPERTHWAITE.
