Abstract Parish of Fredericton, York County. Will dated 3 March 1817, proved 29 December 1824. Wife Margaret all estate, but if I survive her, all my real estate to be divided between my own three children, William, Harriot and Isabella wife of Captain John M. STRATON of the Royal Artillery, and step-children Mary and Sarah BARRY. If daughter Isabella STRATON not live to receive her share, that portion to her children Frances S. M. and Isabella. No executor named. Witnesses: George P. BLISS, Edward Winslow MILLER, P. FRASER. Administration granted 31 December 1824 to son William Barry PHAIR of Kingsclear, the widow having declined to act. Fellow bondsmen John ALLEN of Kingsclear and Jedediah SLASON of Fredericton.
