Abstract Sussex Vale, Kings County, Esquire. Will dated 23 January 1814, proved 8 March 1815. Wife Mary one half of all real and personal estate. Polly Stevens FAIRCHILD my watch and "Guthries Geographical Grammar" and a few books to those whose names are inserted therein with my own hand. Daughter Elizabeth FAIRCHILD Lot 3 on northwest side of the Kennebecasis about three miles below the court house and one third of the remaining half of my estate. Mrs. Caroline WOOD, Ann Spicer FAIRCHILD and Eliza FAIRCHILD residue of estate, being two thirds of the remaining half part. Ann Spicer FAIRCHILD all my written little Cyphering Books and Dilworth's Book-Keeper's Assistant improv'd in which I have wrote her name together with all the other written Books or papers that may be useful to her. Joseph Regan LEGGETT our big Bible if he survives his mother, but if he does not, it will be at her disposal to leave it to her daughters or either of her grand-daughters, but it must be to one of them. Wife Mary REGAN and Capt. Samuel FAIRWEATHER of Sussex VAle executors. Witnesses: George PITFIELD, Samuel FAIRWEATHER, George PITFIELD Junr. Inventory, dated 18 February 1815, valued at £63 by Samuel HALLETT and Hugh DOYAL.
