Abstract Parish of Lancaster, St. John County. Will dated 30 April 1817, proved 20 March 1818. Grandson John SCOTT all landed property in St. John County, my other four grandsons, William, Ebenezer, Clayton and Charles SCOTT to be put to trade. All money divided between grand-daughters Ann SCOTT and Catharine SCOTT. Daughter Ann MOUNT two-thirds of dividend of my Father's and my own estate in the State of New Jersey and County of Monmouth, the other one-third between grandsons William, Ebenezer, Clayton and Charles SCOTT. Son-in-law John MOUNT and William TILTON executors. Witnesses: Daniel HUSON, Timothy CLARK, Thomas WALL.
