On 28 October 1822 the next of kin of "Patrick SHAY" were cited to appear and show cause why administration of the estate should not be granted to James SHAY. Administration granted 15 May 1823 to James SHEA, yeoman, City of Saint John. Fellow bondsmen John GLENNEN and Thomas DELANEY, yeomen, both of St. John County.
