Wife Elizabeth one third part of real estate while my widow, my riding mare, two cows, six sheep and all household furniture. Son Richard Curry SHERWOOD residue of real estate and my farming utensils, he paying the following legacies. Son John SHERWOOD £15. Son Andrew SHERWOOD £25. Daughter Martha £5. Daughter Phebe £5. Residue of personal estate to daughters Zeriah, Anna, Martha, Elizabeth, Rachel and Phebe. Wife Elizabeth and son Richard Curry SHERWOOD executors. Witnesses: Caleb BIRDZEL(sic), Justus SHERWOOD Junr. Inventory, dated 21 April 1824, valued at £1,341 by Gabriel FOWLER, Henry FOWLER and James BEATTY.
