Abstract Parish of Westmorland, Westmorland County, Esquire. Will dated 23 November 1822, proved 21 December 1824. Son Ralph SIDDALL and the representatives of my late son Francis SIDDALL (Giving to the oldest Son of the said Francis SIDDALL two shares) my two farms at Westmorland point. Samuel GAY and Abel S. GORE authorized to act for representatives of deceased son Francis. Son Ralph, the representatives of deceased son Francis and my grandson James SIDDALL Lot 7 adjoining the salt marsh at Aulac, they paying an annuity of £6 to my wife Experience. Grandson James SIDDALL my farm at Greenhill where he now resides. Wife Experience to have the room over the kitchen and the back room with the furniture, the privilege of the kitchen, cellar, yard, garden and the orchard, pasturing for a cow and a horse with the privilege of the barn and grass for making hay for the cow and the horse while my widow. Daughter Mary CARTER £200 or what she has already received. The children of my late daughter Sarah COOK £200 or the amount their late mother already may have received. Daughter Bridget [DeWIER] £100 and a quarter of the wood lot No. 17 in Letter B in Westmorland. Grand-daughter Hannah COOK £50 at interest, the interest to be paid annually to her and the principal given her when my executors think she stands in actual need of it. Grand-daughter Christian SIDDALL £50 at age 21. Residue of estate to be divided among daughter Mary CARTER, the children of my late daughter Sarah COOK, Bridget DeWIER and my grand-daughters Hannah COOK and Christian SIDDALL. Wife Experience SIDDALL and sons Ralph SIDDALL, James SIDDALL, Samuel GAY and Abel S. GORE executors, the last two named in trust. Samuel GAY and Abel S. GORE each to have a "Suit of Mourning suitable to their Stations." Witnesses: Hugh McLEOD, William LOWTHER, Gideon WILBOR.
