Abstract Parish of Hampstead, Queens County. Will dated 13 February 1797, proved 17 March 1797. Father Ebenezer SLOCUM the use of my land "upon previsor that if he should come to want during his Natural life through age sickness or Infirmity but if he does not come to want as aforesaid that then it shall be Rented out for the use of my wife and children until my children comes to Years of Maturity." Wife Hannah my stock, household furniture and wearing apparel. Land in the Grand Lake to be sold. If my children die before coming "to the Years of Maturity" land in Hampstead shall become the property of William and Stephen WIGGINS, sons of my executor. My brother Jacob WIGGINS of Waterborough and my wife Hannah SLOCUM executors. Witnesses: Alexander KEVAND, Abraham SLOCUM, Elizabeth WIGGINS.
