Parmela SMITH "otherwise called Parmela McDONALD," widow of the deceased, and Abner SMITH and Abiel SMITH, ship carpenters of the Parish of Waterborough, next of kin of the deceased, were cited on 25 April 1791 to appear in Perogative Court on 9 May to take out administration of the estate. File contains a refusal of administration executed 9 May 1791 by Abner and Abiel SMITH.
