Abstract Parish of Sussex, Kings County, Farmer. Will dated 20 September 1826, proved 8 July 1830. Daughters Elizabeth, wife of Oliver BYRAM, Magdalen, wife of Enoch DOLE, and Charlotte each £50. Sons Jacob, Peter, Elias, George and Leveritt the homestead to be divided between them. Son Jacob SNIDER Junior and Enoch DOLE executors. Witnesses: John BARBARIE, Jacob SNIDER. CODICIL dated 23 September [year blank] leaves the homestead to my two sons Peter SNIDER and George SNIDER, they to pay to my daughters Elizabeth, wife of Oliver BYRAM, Magdalen, wife of Enoch DOLE, and Charlotte SNIDER, and my three other sons, Jacob SNIDER, Elias SNIDER and Leveret SNIDER each £50 at ten pounds per annum. Son Leveret SNIDER a minor. Witnesses: John BARBARIE, Joseph COUGLE. Inventory, dated 19 June 1830, valued at £602 by W. N. HAZEN, James ROACH and Daniel SHECK.
