Abstract Parish of Springfield, Kings County. Will dated 9 September 1829, proved 3 March 1830. Wife Ann all personal estate and the profits of Lots 2 and 3 where I now live as long as she remains my widow. Son George SPRAGG half Lot 4 and Lot 5 now in his possession. Son Robert SPRAGG Lot 851 in Duke Street at the entrance of the River St. John. Son Thomas SPRAGG 50 acres of land I bought of [Tamer] VEAL being part of Lot 3 on the southeast side of Bellisle Bay together with 300 acres of land I hold by a quit claim from the Heirs of Thomas SPRAGG adjoining the above 50 acres. Son John SPRAGG 200 acres of land on the northwest side of Bellisle Bay "included in a Grant to Caleb DAVIS and others known by Joining Land Granted to Richard SPRAGG on the South," 100 acres I bought of James SHERWOOD and a mortgage bond due me by Joseph GUIOU. Son Elijah SPRAGG Lot 3 containing 200 acres. Son Edward SPRAGG Lot 2 containing 200 acres. Sons Caleb and William SPRAGG a bond of £58 due me by James CRAWFORD. Daughters Elizabeth, Margret and Ann each £50 from a mortgage bond due me by Thomas HARDING. Wife Ann and sons George and Robert SPRAGG executors. Witnesses: Isaiah KEIRSTEAD, Lydia KEIRSTEAD, James P. KEIRSTEAD. Inventory, dated 5 March 1830, valued at £1,805 by Robert SPRAGG and George SPRAGG.
