Abstract Parish of Waterborough, Queens County. Will dated 21 April 1822, proved 20 May 1822. Daughter Deborah TITUS, wife of Jonathan TITUS, three cows. Son William SPRINGER three cows and the southerly half of Lot 13 on Jemseg Creek adjoining land he now owns. Daughter Charity SPRINGER two cows, her choice of bedrooms in my dwelling and her maintenance while unmarried. To Benjamin TITUS, the boy that I have taken to bring up, a yoke of steers and two heifers provided he remain with my son James until he comes of age. Wife Martha SPRINGER one third of residue of estate. Son James SPRINGER remainder of estate. Wife Martha, son William and son James SPRINGER executors. Witnesses: Abiathar CAMP, Joseph H. DYKEMAN, Gilbert DYKEMAN. Inventory, dated 16 May 1822, valued at £929 by Abiathar CAMP and Jacob DYKEMAN.
