Abstract Parish of Hopewell, Westmorland County, Husbandman. Will dated 17 February 1834, proved 10 May 1834. Wife Rebecah all my claim, right, title and demand of the lands and premises deeded to her by her late father Abiel PECK and the improvements I have made on them and the amount now due from Jeremiah McGRATH. Sons Ezra, Oliver and Elisha each 5 shillings. The heirs of my son Thomas 5 shillings. Son Stephen my wearing apparel. The heirs of the late Rassel(sic) (Rozel) HUNT 5 shillings. Daughters Lois and Ruth each 5 shillings. Residue of estate in proportion to the same. Son Stephen STILES executor. Witnesses: Aaron STEVENS, Owen DAILY, Phebe HOAR.
