Abstract Parish of Westfield, Kings County. Will dated 12 July 1813, proved 7 May 1814. Son Samuel THEAL "my Fuzee and five Shillings" if demanded. Son Tartelles(sic) THEAL my great grandfather's walking cane and 5 dollars. Wife Milisen(sic) all household furniture, use of one third part of the house and a comfortable living with my sons Charles and James during widowhood. Son Charles THEAL and James THEAL all my real estate. At wife's decease, the furniture to be divided among my daughters Cloe NEAL, Mary HAM and Jane OGDEN. Son Charles THEAL, and in case of his decease my son James THEAL, sole executor. Witnesses: Philip NASE, Maria S. NASE, Elizabeth NASE.
