Abstract Carleton, City of Saint John, St. John County, Yeoman. Will dated 15 May 1832, proved 2 July 1832. Wife Maria Lots 18 and 19 in Carleton on Water Street on the West side of the harbour, a lot in the Parish of Lancaster known and described by the numbers 31 and 50 it being a part of the ten acre Grant so called in Timothy WETMORE's Survey, Lots 41 and 44, cove lots each containing three-fourths of an acre, in Lancaster, five lots in the Parish of Lancaster, Lots 46, 47, 51, 52 and 54; also Lots 94 and 29 in Lancaster, property on east side of Dorchester Street in Kings Ward, Saint John; my right in Lots 31 and 32 "fronting on the Bason at the Falls" held by me with Tertullus THEAL as tenants in common; Lots 22, 23, 24, 25, 88, 89, 90 and 91 in Carleton, and all other real estate. Wife Maria all personal estate. Wife Maria sole executrix. Witnesses: J. COSTIN, William BAYARD, R. BAYARD.
