Abstract Parish of Sackville, Westmorland County, Yeoman. Will dated 22 June 1789, proved 8 January 1803. Only (?) son Toler THOMPSON all my land with one half of the stock and all my moveable effects when he is of age. In the event of his death while under age, the bequest to be divided among his two Brothers and Sister and his Uncles and Aunts, that is, Michael GRACE, John GRACE, Martha COLE, Ralph THOMPSON, Elizabeth WEST, Hannah THOMPSON, Ann THOMPSON and Jacob THOMPSON. Wife Mary THOMPSON one third of the foregoing bequest and one half of the stock during her life. Cousin Richard THOMPSON 20 shillings. Wife Mary THOMPSON and William TRUEMAN Junr. executors. Witnesses: Thomas HOGAN, William TRUEMAN Senr., William TRUEMAN Junr.
