Thomas PRINCE of Melmerby, yeoman, and John JANSON the Younger, gentleman, of Middleton, Quernhow, all my freehold estate, all my lands in North America and all personal estate in trust in four equal shares for my wife and three daughters, the shares of my daughters when they come of age. Wife Jane THOMPSON, Thomas PRINCE and John JANSON executors. Witnesses: Jno. COATES, John JANSON Sen., James HENDERSON. Administration in New Brunswick granted 15 October 1821 to William PICKERSGILL, formerly of Melmerby, England, now of Sackville, yeoman, husband of Jane THOMPSON, widow of the deceased. Fellow bondsmen Thomas [HERRETT] and Toler THOMPSON, yeomen, both of Sackville. James EASTERBROOKS, John THOMPSON and John THOMPSON (Senior and Junior?) directed to appraise the estate.
