Son John TRENHOLM the farm on which he resides, being Lots 52 and 54 in letter A division in the late Township of Cumberland at Fort Lawrence, the marsh and upland in the Township of Westmorland which formerly belonged to Ebenezer GARDINER, the southern half of Lot 25 on the Bay Verte road and Lots 40 and 42 near the Portage Hill. Son William TRENHOLM the farm on which he resides, being Lot 24 in letter B division in the late Township of Cumberland now Westmorland, Lots 62 and 30 purchased from Benjamin EMERSON, Lot 60 purchased from Robert CAIN, all in letter C division in the Township of Sackville. Son Robert TRENHOLM £10. Daughter Mary KEILLOR £10. Daughter Susana PEERS £10. Daughter Elizabeth METCALF £20. Daughter Jane OULTON £10. Grandsons Jeffery TRENHOLM and Thomas TRENHOLM the farm on which I now reside, being Lots 40 and 42 in letter B division in the late Township of Cumberland now Westmorland and 21 acres of marsh Lot 31 in letter C division in Sackville purchased from Benjamin EMERSON. Jeffery to have £100 more than Thomas. Grand-daughters Mary CHAPMAN and Jane DIXON each £20. Great grandson Joseph YANDEL £10. Rufus SMITH of Westmorland and Thomas ROACH of Fort Lawrence, Esquires, executors. Witnesses: William TINGLEY, John RYAN, John W. HOLT. Final accounting of the estate, filed 7 November 1831, indicates the real estate was valued at £7,040 and personal estate appraised at £613. Disbursements include "part of R. TRENHOLM's legacy to H. ANDERSON, Stephen TRENHOLM, P. ALLEN, Robert TRENHOLM and William TRENHOLM," and "Mary KEILLOR's legacy to T. C. KEILLOR, Isabella SEAMAN, John KEILLOR, Elizabeth HORTON, William KEILLOR, Margaret KEILLOR, Robert KEILLOR, George KEILLOR, Jonah [PIPES]."
