Son John 5 shillings when of age, "the said John despises to take what I consider a reasonable compensation." Son Isaac 5 shillings, having been given a lot of land. Son Jacob two lots, 200 acres, in my Boacabeck Grant when of age. Son Mark Lots 2 and 3 in Block L in Town Plat of St. Andrews and £25 when of age. Daughters Joanan and Rachel TURNER each £25 when of age or married. Wife Betty TURNER sole Executrix. Witnesses: Thomas OLIVANT, Thomas MAKER, Thomas WYER Junr. Robert VARDON, Thomas OLIVANT and William HANSON of the Parish of St. Patrick directed to appraise the estate. Undated inventory valued at £373 by Robert VARDON, Thomas OLIVANT and James HALEY "chosen by his widdow in the absence of William HANSON, he having left the Parish."
