Abstract Parish of St. Patrick, Charlotte County. Will dated 17 March 1818, proved 27 June 1818. Wife Betty use of Lots 12 and 13 while widow. Son Jeremiah Lot 12 when of age. Son Joseph Lot 13 when of age. Son John 5 shillings when of age, "the said John despises to take what I consider a reasonable compensation." Son Isaac 5 shillings, having been given a lot of land. Son Jacob two lots, 200 acres, in my Boacabeck Grant when of age. Son Mark Lots 2 and 3 in Block L in Town Plat of St. Andrews and £25 when of age. Daughters Joanan and Rachel TURNER each £25 when of age or married. Wife Betty TURNER sole Executrix. Witnesses: Thomas OLIVANT, Thomas MAKER, Thomas WYER Junr. Robert VARDON, Thomas OLIVANT and William HANSON of the Parish of St. Patrick directed to appraise the estate. Undated inventory valued at £373 by Robert VARDON, Thomas OLIVANT and James HALEY "chosen by his widdow in the absence of William HANSON, he having left the Parish."
