Dwelling and lot, reserving wife's thirds, divided among children, un-named; house to son George William and he to pay "to his Sisters (& Brother if such there may be) their equal share of the property." Wife Phoebe, brother George TURNER and friend William RUSSELL executors. Witnesses: William RUSSELL, George TURNER, John W. BLAIR.
