Abstract Parish of Hampton, Kings County, Yeoman. Will dated 26 February 1821, proved 20 August 1822. Wife Methiah UPHAM the stock, household furniture, money and the use of our dwelling for life. Should wife predecease, stock, furniture and money to my three daughters Sarah UPHAM, Isabella UPHAM and Mary UPHAM. My landed property to my two sons Joshua UPHAM and Jabez UPHAM, the same containing about 200 acres lying between lands owned by Joshua and Jabez UPHAM, they each paying £20 to be divided among my three daughters. Andrew SHERWOOD Junr., yeoman, and Henry D'MILL of the Parish of Hampton executors. Witnesses: James COOKSON, John Richard LIGHTFOOT, Samuel SMITH. Inventory, dated 23 August 1822, valued about £250 by Samuel FOSTER and Joseph FOWLER.
