Fellow bondsmen James MAIR, yeoman, of Hopewell and George H. McDONALD, gentleman, of Hillsborough. James CHAPMAN, Enoch STILES and William COLPITS directed to appraise the estate. File contains an agreement, dated 10 October 1829, between the heirs of the deceased, dividing the real estate, signed by the widow Anna WALLACE, James WALLACE of Hillsborough, Rebekah TAYLOR of Hillsborough, Charles SMITH of Coverdale, James GILDART of Coverdale, Jane WALLACE of Coverdale, William WALLACE and Catharine LINTON of Coverdale. Account of administration of the estate lists disbursements of £50 7s. 6d. each to Anna WALLACE and John WALLACE Senior and £3-0-0 each to James GELDART, Jane WALLACE, William WALLACE, Charles SMITH, Rebeccah TAYLOR and Catharine LINTON.
