Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County, Cooper. Will dated 28 November 1833, proved 3 December 1833. Wife Rachel as her separate estate all money, furniture, goods and effects which she had at the time of our intermarriage as the widow of her late husband Duncan McLEOD Esquire of Fredericton, provided she accept the same in lieu of dower or any share of my estate. Wife to have her lodging in my residence while my widow. Son David all the rest of my household furniture. Residue of estate to my children, John Cables WATERBURY, George WATERBURY and David WATERBURY. Out of the share of John Cables WATERBURY, £200 to be paid to my grandson Duncan McLeod WATERBURY, provided my said grandson shall not marry Miss NETHERY to whom he now seems attached. Sons John Cables WATERBURY, George WATERBURY and David WATERBURY executors. Witnesses: James William BOYD, Thomas LEAVITT, George FOX.
