Abstract Parish of Greenwich, Kings County, Farmer. Will dated 15 March 1830, proved 24 December 1832. Wife Mary entire estate for life, she to bring up my children until my youngest son James WHEATON is age 21. At her death property to be sold and proceeds divided, one half to be divided among the children of my last wife Mary and the other half to be divided among all my children by my first and second wives, except Seth WHEATON and Ann SHAW who shall have only five shillings each. Wife Mary WHEATON and friend Mayes CASE executors. Witnesses: Joseph C. SKINNER, Jarvis WORDEN, Patrick O'NEILL. Inventory, dated 24 December 1832, valued at about £480 by Joseph C. SKINNER and William LONDON included the farm, valued at £400.
