Residue to be divided between son Thomas and daughters Elizabeth and Margaret. Sons Andrew WHELDON and John WHELDON executors. Witnesses: Aaron BROWNELL, Matthew McLOUGHLIN, Andrew WHELDON the third, William WILBER. Humphrey GILBERT, John ROBB and John CHAPMAN Junior directed to appraise estate.
