Abstract Parish of Kingston, Kings County. Will dated 26 May 1831, proved 29 September 1834. Wife all real and personal estate for life. At her death, one third of my farm to son James, he to take the part next to my son William. The other part to be divided between my sons David and John. They to give each of their sisters that remains unmarried one cow, nine sheep and a feather bed and bedding. Wife (not named in probate documents) and son James executors. Witnesses: Richard WHELPLEY, Benjamin B. CRAWFORD, George WHELPLEY. Inventory, dated 4 October 1834, valued at £443 by Richard WHELPLEY and Benjamin B. CRAWFORD.
