Abstract Parish of Hillsborough, Westmorland County, Yeoman. Will dated 12 March 1834, proved 31 May 1834. Wife Rhoda one third of real and personal estate for life. Son Joseph one half of the farm where I reside adjoining my brother Joseph. Sons John, Lewis and Asa the remaining half of the farm, to be under subjection of their brother Joseph until they are age 19. Daughters Jane, Ann, Elizabeth and Rebeckah each one Midling Cow. Daughters Susan and Mary each one Midling Cow at age 15. Frederic STEVES and John EDGETT executors. Witnesses: John MARTIN, James PASSMORE, Elijah MILTON.
