Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County, Grocer. Undated will proved 27 April 1826. Dwelling and lot leased from Charles SIMONDS and all furniture to wife Catherine for life. At her death, dwelling to be sold and money divided among children as they come of age. Two hundred acres at Black River, St. John County, granted by the Crown, to son John when he comes of age. Two lots in Queen Street leased from William SCOVIL, with the buildings, to be sold by executors to pay debts. Wife Catherine McAVITY and John C. WATERBURY executors. Witnesses: Henry FROST, David WATERBURY, F. A. KINNEAR.
