Entire estate to children Mary Eleanor (possibly two individuals), Catharine and James O'CONNOR when youngest child 21 years of age. During their minority wife Judith to be their guardian and have full use of estate. Wife Judith and friend Dennis O'NEIL executors. Witnesses: Philip KEHOE, Thomas [QUANTANE], James DUNPHY.
