(Identified as "William Banks SOWERS" in WRIGHT's Loyalists of New Brunswick, the name also appears as "SOWREY" in a single instance in Record Book A, page 157.) Wife Mary all real estate during her life and then to my son James. Wife three cows, three heifers, one calf and a mare colt, six sheep and two lambs. John TOWNSEND and David CURREY executors. Witnesses: Ephraim TISDALE, David CURREY, John CLARK (schoolmaster). Inventory of real and personal estate, dated 19 November 1804, valued at £383 by Ephraim TISDALE and James COWPERTHWAITE.
