Abstract Parish of Kingston, Kings County, Yeoman. Will dated 28 December 1823, proved 8 May 1824. Reserve four rods square of land for a burial ground on the hill on the east side of the highway to the Church Rector, Wardens and Vestry. Son Seth SEELY 100 acres of land on the west side of Kennebekasis River purchased of the Estate of Alexander FAIRCHILD. Son [Jorum] SEELY half of the hundred acres I bought of Isaac PERKINS. Son [Jerume] SEELY 100 acres on the west side of the Kennebecasis River in the Parish of Norton on the "Iland of Wood or Beach Iland" and the other part of the farm I give to my son Linus SEELY, being 200 acres. Grandson Linus SEELY the north half of Lot 15. Grandson Seth SEELY, son of Linus SEELY land. Grand children Elias and Francis, children of my son William SEELY, land. Grandson William [HALLAM] in New York 5 shillings. Movables to be divided among my daughters Tamar [BRATHNE], Sary EVANS and my great grand daughter Ann FREEMAN. Hanford BOSTWICK and David Pickett JAMES executors. Witnesses: Hamlin BRADLEY, William Berkeley BABB, Joseph A. LYON. Inventory, dated 11 May 1824 at Long Reach, valued at £703 by Richard WHELPLEY, Benjamin B. CRAWFORD and Joseph A. LYON.
